We carry out the inspection of the work made by third-party contractors to manage in an optimal and integral manner the administrative processes, cost control, human resources and environmental issues created by the architectural project.
Before the beginning of our collaboration, we create an analytical report. It accounts for programmed, ordered and systematic activities with a preventive and verifiable focus in order to fulfill the performance requirements of the activities before they are put into practice.
We analyze, construe and conceptualize the ideas of our clients so we can design functional and attractive architectural concepts with a high aesthetic value for the end-user. Taking our clients needs as a reference point we start a workflow that defines the objectives and scope of the project that should be fulfilled according to the criteria of the contractor.
We use communication and planning tools such as plans, descriptive diagrams, drawings, architectural and 3D models to be able to understand and describe the entire project to the owners and investors.
We have available all the building and specialized equipment required for the construction process; from the start of it, all the way to the finishing touches and the handing over of the project itself. Also, our administrative area is specialized on the verification of any type of technical documentation, permits applications and contracts.
